| FOOD VENDORPlease print the Food Vendor Agreement, fill it out completely, and submit it along with all required documents. This form must be completed, signed (on the first page), and returned to the ALCC Festival Committee by 5:00 PM on Friday, September 18, 2026. Additionally, vendors must reserve an allocated date and time for unloading. It is crucial to adhere to your scheduled appointment time for loading/unloading. Failure to do so may result in delays and inconvenience to you and others involved. Please contact your coordinator to set up your time slot. To avoid confusion and reduce time wasted, please submit all required information at once. Additionally, include or upload a logo of your business to be used on our website and/or provide your business web page.
